This notice describes how personal data collected via the Ludens website is processed, in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

01 Data Controller

Via contact and newsletter forms: name, email address, message content and technical data (IP address, submission time). For the newsletter: only email and language preference.

To respond to requests (booking, press, production); with consent, to send new song and show announcements by email; to prevent abuse (spam/bots).

04 Legal Basis & Consent

Newsletter sign-up is based on explicit consent (double opt-in). You can withdraw consent at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us.

05 Retention

Data is kept until the purpose ceases or consent is withdrawn (TODO: exact period to be set).

06 Transfers

We use cookieless analytics and click-to-load (facade) embeds; personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing.
